Unfortunately, I had a really terrible experience at Young Skin. I got recommended by two friends and was very excited. When booking a week prior, I let the staff know I had another important appointment one hour after the dermatologist, work related, five mins down the road that I could not miss. They assured me the appointment would last 20 minutes. The doctor was literally 1 hour+ late, she stayed with me for 15 minutes and had 0 remorse for being late. It was so off-putting. I should not have paid. She then offered me $10 off a cream for her lateness and made me pay the full appointment price. After following up and asking them to refund me, they ignored my calls. Super unprofessional, I've never had an experience like this. I will definitely not be recommending nor going back. Really upset and I would still like my money back as I paid out of pocket.

Dr. Young is the best dermatologist around. My family and I have always had excellent care at Young Skin!
