I normally don't leave negative reviews, but this was genuinely one of the worst massage experiences I've ever had. I only booked here because my friend had expiring ClassPass credits, and for $70, I figured a 90-minute deep tissue massage with hot stones and essential oils sounded worth trying. Unfortunately, the entire experience was uncomfortable from start to finish. First, the room was freezing cold. There was no relaxing music, people were loudly talking the entire time outside the room, doors were constantly slamming, and there was an unbelievably squeaky door that kept interrupting the session. The therapist also kept leaving the room throughout the massage. The massage itself felt extremely aggressive and unprofessional. She climbed onto my back with her knees and used excessive pressure the entire time without checking in. I've had deep tissue massages before, so I understand firm pressure, but this felt rough in a way that was genuinely unpleasant rather than therapeutic. I actually left with more pain, including a sharp pinch still lingering in my left hip. Also, the "essential oils" seemed to just be baby oil from a visible bottle on the shelf. There was no aroma, no calming atmosphere, and honestly nothing about the experience felt spa-like or relaxing. What really pushed this experience over the edge was the tipping situation afterward. I handed over a $20 bill and asked for $5 back because I wanted to leave a smaller tip due to the poor experience. I was then told there was a "minimum" tip requirement for a 90-minute massage and pressured into leaving the full $20. None of this was communicated anywhere beforehand. Overall, this felt rushed, uncomfortable, noisy, and incredibly unprofessional. I will absolutely not be returning, and I would not recommend this place if you're looking for an actually relaxing massage experience.

I am not sure why this place has a low rating but I am glad I took a chance. After a long week of work, I was looking for a place to get a great massage, and I fell into this location. Massage was the best I got in 3 years and the price is even better. Thank you Tifanny
