This place is terrible, do not go here! The employees are so rude. The girl with glasses at the front desk is rude and is no help at all. They offer no answers and are only on the hunt for your co-pay. They show no interest in what you need, and even yawn while you are speaking with them! This was the worst skincare dermatology experience I have ever had.

Extremely unprofessional intake process, hostile to new patients. The receptionist Michan was impatient and openly hostile from the start. When I took a moment to locate my insurance information, she sighed audibly and put me on hold in the middle of my sentence without warning. When she returned, she didn't ask if I was ready, but snapped, "Are you ready now?" in a condescending tone. I understand medical offices are busy, but there is a baseline of professional courtesy required. If this is how they treat patients before they even walk through the door, it's a major red flag.
