We were on a sailing trip to the Sound and I became alarmed about a skin issue. I called various dermatology offices, and none were as receptive and accommodating as this office. They got me in within two days after my call; most others were offering appointments out a week or more. Then, I was astounded by the level of compassion and professionalism exhibited by Dr. Birnbaum and her staff. It is rare to experience a physician who seemed as invested; she was meticulous and careful to deliberate, and is one of those physicians who makes you feel as if they are not in a hurry to get to the next patient, even though she had a lobby full of them. Dr. Birnbaum is unpretentious, genuine, and clearly skilled, and I left feeling like the benefactor of some serious serendipity. It is also clear that she and her partners are very good managers--their staff look you in the eye, smile and make you feel comfortable....most notable was Dr. Birnbaum's assistant Judy, who initiated the exam having thoroughly reviewed the intake forms and offering a calming precursor to the exam to come. I can't overstate the appreciation I felt for my good fortune in stumbling upon the Wesson Dermatology group. Kudos to you all.

I went to Wesson Dermatology for a few years, had a decent experience, however I was just verbally assaulted and screamed over the phone by the front desk. I have never dealt with a more incompetent and frustrating billing department. Been lied to multiple times. If you're considering this office, beware: dealing with their billing department is a nightmare. I regret ever coming here.
