Dr. Shapiro was terrific. The reception staff was good. However, the wait time could be better.

I don't get all the bad reviews, if you don't want to wait set your appointment earlier in the morning. Dr Shapiro is a master at what he does, went in for a cyst removal and it took less than 10 minutes. I'd say you're in great hands and whatever wait you have to go through it's worth it. The other staff are also nice and friendly.
