Ugh. I really want to like this practice. The doctors are good. And some of the PA's. But the support staff, especially those that answer the phones are inept! You wait on hold for 10 minutes then get sent to voicemail. You leave details and ask for a callback and 80% of the time no one does . The automated system also asks if you want to be called back instead of waiting on hold. You leave your number and.... No callback. I have been a patient here for over 8 years and it just keeps getting worse and worse ( from a customer service standpoint). Either retrain staff or pay someone else who's competent. You get what you pay for as the saying goes.
