Today was my third and final visit to this salon. During my first two visits, I had nail services totaling around $75, and the experience was much better. In fact, the nails Esther did were amazing, which is the main reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. Unfortunately, today's experience was very disappointing. I chose a regular gel manicure and a regular (non-gel) pedicure, and the quality of service was noticeably worse. My pedicure was completed in less time than I had the massage chair running, and my toes honestly look like I never had a pedicure at all. I've attached a photo so others can judge for themselves. The gel manicure was also nowhere near the quality of the work I received during my previous visits. What made this especially disappointing was the feeling that the level of service depended on how much money was being spent. Every customer deserves the same level of care and attention, regardless of the service they choose. I'm sorry that I can't always spend $75 or more on my nails, but based on today's experience, I won't be returning.

I'm super happy with my nails every time I come here! All of the nail techs are very sweet, and they really make the effort to give you exactly what you want. I've gotten multiple gel manicures and spa pedicures here, and I've always had a great experience! Prices are affordable and work is high quality. Highly recommend
