If you're walking through the mall and someone from this store tries to stop you with a "free sample," I would strongly recommend just continue walking. A sales associate stands the doorway offering "free samples". Once you stop, the interaction quickly turns into a very aggressive sales pitch. They'll rapidly fired off question after question to build brain fatigue while applying their products. FWIW, the eye cream feels like a super-glue substance tightening and drying the skin. It was extremely uncomfortable, dehydrating, and damaging to the thin under-eye skin barrier. Then came the predictable "today only" pricing pressure -- another major red flag. The product was presented as some kind of miracle wrinkle treatment, but a quick look at the ingredient list shows it creates a temporary film on the skin to tighten it as it dries amd disappears as soon as it's washed off (its the sodium silicate and magnesium aluminum silicate). Products using these ingredients in a safer manner are widely available from reputable skincare brands like Peter Thomas Roth's Instant FirmX and are sold through normal retailers like Sephora and Ulta for a fraction of the price -- without the high-pressure skeevy sales tactics. Regardless of the product itself, the sales approach alone was enough to ensure I will never step into this store again or consider any of the "med spa" services they claim to offer.
