Unmatched care and results over 15 years. I don't believe there is a kinder, more knowledgeable dermatologist than Dr. Geyer--he has an artist's eye, and if someone better exists, I haven't met them. Somehow, he has kept my skin almost the same for nearly 15 years. I look around the waiting room and see patients who also clearly trust this practice for thoughtful care and real results. I started with Clear + Brilliant and over time progressed to other options, including Sofwave, which gave truly spectacular results for my skin. I loved the results. Nothing has ever felt one-size-fits-all. Exceptional team. Dr. Geyer's entire team is fantastic--professional, warm, and genuinely attentive- thank you Allison. I'm very grateful. Recommendation after the 15-year mark. At this point, I still recommend Dr. Geyer without hesitation for cosmetic skin concerns. I even fly back from Miami to NYC to be treated here.

Excellent Medical Care, But One Disheartening Encounter I took my nephew to Tribeca Park Dermatology for an appointment, and overall, the experience was very positive. The doctor was professional, kind, and had excellent bedside manners. The receptionist and assistant were also friendly and efficient. The wait time was short, and based on the quality of care, I would definitely return. However, I had a disappointing interaction with one staff member at the entrance. Because I have difficulty with stairs due to knee issues, I sent my nephew ahead to ask if there was an accessible entrance. He came back and told me I needed to go around the building to use the ramp. When I reached that entrance, the staff member who was waiting for me with the door opened, looked confused, and asked, "Where's the wheelchair?" I didn't understand what she meant at first, but she seemed genuinely annoyed. I explained that I have trouble with stairs, and she responded in a dismissive tone, saying there were "only a few steps" and that walking around was worse for me. Her attitude felt very condescending and judgmental, and it left me feeling awful! Pain and mobility challenges aren't always visible, and it's upsetting when someone in the medical field lacks empathy for that. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of their physical limitations. I hope this was an isolated incident, because the rest of the staff made a great impression. If you're considering Tribeca Park Dermatology, I recommend them for their medical care--but I also hope they continue to foster a more compassionate and inclusive environment for all patients.
