I wanted to update my review because Alexis, the manager, was incredibly kind and thoughtful in reaching out after my previous experience. She truly took the time to listen, made rescheduling very easy for me, and went above and beyond to make things right, including offering an additional 20% off my massage. I really appreciated the care and professionalism she showed. I'm currently 36 weeks pregnant and decided to treat myself to an early Mother's Day prenatal massage, and I'm so happy I gave them another chance. The experience was wonderful from beginning to end. Sabina was amazing -- so gentle, calming, and attentive throughout the entire massage. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. The team completely turned my experience around, and I'm very grateful for the kindness and customer service I received. I'll absolutely be returning for a postpartum massage in the future.
