As a dedicated Equinox member who trains privately and attends Pilates at least three times a week, I had high expectations for the spa, hoping it would offer the same level of excellence as the gym facilities. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing short of a disappointment. The facilities are poorly maintained, lacking the cleanliness and ambiance one would expect from a high-end wellness space. The technicians are clearly undertrained, providing subpar services that fail to meet even basic standards of professionalism and expertise. Beyond that, the overall management of the spa is chaotic, with little attention to customer service, scheduling, or the quality of treatments offered. Given Equinox's reputation, it would be fantastic to have a spa experience that matches the level of the gym--one that is well-run, staffed with skilled professionals, and provides members with a seamless, high-quality experience under one roof. Unfortunately, this location falls far short of that standard. I sincerely hope Equinox takes the necessary steps to improve the spa, as it currently does not reflect the brand's commitment to excellence.
