5 stars for my 50-min massage with Eric, who was gracious enough to extend the time to later since I was late. He was so knowledgable about which muscles were which, and was great at explaining why certain areas were sore. would go back!

Do NOT get a facial here. You are WARNED. I left with a red and swollen face and even worse skin after a week. I was extremely disappointed with my facial experience. Not only did the treatment fail to meet expectations, but my skin was left in worse condition afterward. The person performing the facial, Mia, mentioned she only holds a cosmetology license, which raises concerns about her qualifications for facial treatments. I paid $135 for a 50-minute service that was neither relaxing nor effective, and I was later told the time wasn't sufficient to achieve results. My only expectations were a clean and refreshed face. The woman who did my facial instead obliterated my face with a metal coma done extractor after not steaming the pores at all. As someone who rarely gets facials I decided to put my trust into the person in charge of my skin at what is known to be a reputable gym and spa. Apparently this was my mistake. I did start to panic when she started mentioning tattooing her own body at home with no experience and that people in the past have thought her extractions were "too much". Instead of resolving the issue, I was offered a more expensive service to fix the damage caused. The spa's offer of a gift card for a $35 massage to compensate me. I do not feel this is at all acceptable or equal to the amount paid or the damage done to my skin. Additionally, a 20% gratuity was added without my consent, which felt deceptive. Overall, I can't recommend this spa due to poor service, lack of transparency, and unprofessional handling of customer concerns. I have contacted the main number to resolve this and have not heard back from them either.
