Irina at the reception area is kind, professional and went above and beyond in hospitality and care. Last weekend I booked a spa day for me and my daughter as part of our wedding dress fitting weekend. I accidentally booked our massages on the wrong day and was devastated. Irina very professionally handled the situation by helping us to find another appointment, and took it further and offered us champagne and allowed us the use of the relaxation room that day. Her kindness changed what would have been a disaster and made us feel welcome. When we came back two days later, we were treated with such care by Irina and Calista at the front desk and received the most wonderful massages by Monique and Eleanora. Our experience could not have been better! The Ritz Carlton Nomad spa is like no other I have been to. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be treated like a queen!

This review is for spa only. The women's shower and steam room area are OUT OF ORDER / UNAVAILABLE. This was not communicated when we booked the massage or even when we arrived - only found out about this when I saw the area being blocked. I was told to use the shower in the accessibility BATHROOM which was not at all a pleasant area. I waited for over 5 minutes for hot water to come out from shower. But turned out there was NO HOT WATER - The water was freezing the whole time. Then I ended up having to take a shower in the similar BATHROOM at the men's side, which was FREEZING, where there's a male cleaning person hanging around in the rest of the men's area from time to time. There was also not enough shampoo, but I decided not to bother putting on robe, going out to get someone to have it refilled. After shower I tried to get dressed in the female locker room. The male cleaning person came in multiple times asking if I'm still there. Then the reception woman came in again checking if I'm still there. I don't understand why I need to be checked multiple times. Perhaps to make room for them to clean? So we are here to shower and dress in a way that serves the staff and make sure it's convenient for them to do their job instead? The massage therapists were pretty pleasant and that's the only thing positive about the experience.
