I had a truly beautiful experience at The Peninsula Spa in New York. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, refined, and thoughtfully designed to help you disconnect from the energy of the city. We were welcomed with warm ginger tea, which set the tone for the entire visit and made the experience feel intentional from the very beginning. The space itself is stunning, with warm woods, soft amber tones, and organic textures that create a serene sanctuary in the heart of Manhattan. The spa, designed by Alexandra Champalimaud, blends elegance and comfort effortlessly. The pool area in particular is breathtaking, with bamboo floors, teak columns, and a peaceful ambiance that feels worlds away from Fifth Avenue. Every detail, from the relaxation areas to the wellness facilities, is curated to enhance the guest experience from start to finish. The service was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, which made the visit even more special. A true oasis above the city and one of the most luxurious and calming spa experiences in NYC. Highly recommend for anyone looking for wellness, tranquility, and timeless luxury at The Peninsula New York.

This was by far the best deep tissue massage I've ever had in my life, and that is all thanks to Tamika. I am in awe of her warmth, talent, professionalism, communication, and the ability to instantly make you feel at ease. She found and worked out tight areas I didn't know I had, added hot stones to those areas at the end, and gave me clear follow up instructions on after care at home as well as when to follow up with my next massage. The facilities (steam room, sauna, showers, locker area, tea room) were clean and well kept. Not crowded at all on a Monday mid-day, just a few other customers. I also had access to the pool and fitness center. I've been to other high-end spas in NYC and Tamika's skill level was exception. Would highly recommend
