Professional! That's the one word that describes my entire experience from start to finish. Booking my appointment was seamless. Gabby is so personable, knowledgeable, and punctual. Service was one of the best I've went to so far. She does typically work in silence or speaks to a minimum but she does have Great conversation to keep you distracted lol & she works with your pain tolerance just as long as you're not overly sensitive. Environment was clean & she also educated me on after care, products & to maintain a routine on waxing. If you're reading don't contemplate and just do it!
