The Dermatology Specialists (TDS) is NYC's largest dermatology group with 25+ locations across New York City, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and Long Island. Our offices are open 7 days a week until 7pm and we accept most health insurance plans. Avoid this place. I visited in May 2022 and paid my $50 copay at the time. Now, in March 2026 (more than 3 years!), I've received a debt collection notice. I never received an email or any mailed statement directly from Dermatology Specialists about an outstanding balance. When I logged into their portal, I saw a statement dated September 2025. The math is pretty clear even on the statement that they have on filed. See attached picture.
