The Dermatology Specialists are truly terrible. I wish I could give less than 1 star. Since my appointment THREE weeks ago, I have experienced hurdle after hurdle - seeking care should not be this difficult. To start, they let you look through their providers and select one for your appointment - great! I selected Landon Henriksen, but it doesn't really matter who you select because they will switch your provider without warning or asking (look at other reviews that describe the same thing happening to them). I ended up seeing Charlotte Freytag, and she was fine, but ultimately not who I booked the appointment with. Secondly, I was prescribed something during my appointment, and I was told that I would receive a text shortly with the prescription and have the option of choosing a pick-up pharmacy. This was on 5/10. I never received the text, and over the course of TWO WEEKS I called repeatedly, emailed, and even showed up in person (where the gentleman at the front desk told me my script never went through and he had to re-request it, and then rudely told me it would be 30-60 mins before I would get the text and that I should not wait). I never received it that day, and only eventually got it two weeks after my appointment after yet another call. When I clicked on the link, it was my prescription and some other random ointment that had absolutely nothing to do with my issue - not even sure how that can happen but clearly the office is completely disorganized and mismanaged. They make you provide credit card information in case you have an outstanding charge / do not pay it in a timely manner. I received my bill at 7:32pm and was told that card would be charged the following day! I had no time to call and ask for a breakdown of cost since it was a lot higher than I anticipated ($180 for a general visit with insurance). I wanted to use my HSA card and did not even have the option to do so. I would be wary of the short 5 star reviews because they have a sign in their waiting room that promises a bag of free derm samples in exchange for a Google review. Good providers do not have to bribe clients to write good reviews. This is just my experience, but I would recommend you go literally anywhere else.

The front desk staff at this location are always friendly and great at remembering patients. Saw Anna Kokolas and just such a pleasant experience. She is very warm and puts you at ease the minute you walk in. She answered all my questions and I always have alot! Couldn't recommend enough.
