If I'm being honest, I wanted to give three stars just because the front is not very friendly or welcoming into the establishment. When I asked questions. The answers were short. I felt like I was bothering. But I decided to give more stars simply because the doctor was amazing. Her presence was extremely welcoming, and she provided more feedback in terms of my question when presented to her. For what it's worth I understand that sometimes we have bad days, but it's important to recognize when you're at work you are representing the company and the establishment. I was charged an additional $100 toward my deductible, even though I do not have a deductible under my insurance plan. The office collected the payment and never refunded the money after I informed them about the mistake. I contacted the office multiple times to resolve the issue, but I have not received my refund. This situation is very disappointing and unprofessional. Patients should not be charged incorrectly and then have to struggle to get their money back .
