The Dermatology Specialists (TDS) is NYC's largest dermatology group with 45+ locations across New York City, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and Long Island. This review has nothing to do with the doctor. The doctor, Dr. Umair Khan, is spectacular. So much so that I had my wife make an appointment as well. They left her waiting for AN HOUR. No communication. She called me and I told her to just get her copay refunded and leave. Their response? "It'll be 5-7 days". No apology. Nothing. What could possibly be wrong with an office staff to be so obtuse? I mean honestly... if my staff handled patients like this, I'd fire them. On the spot. So I called up and spoke to someone at a different office; you can't just call the office you went to apparently. The woman I spoke to said the office manager would call us back. Then, she gets this text. "Kudos for letting us know you couldn't make it today. No biggie". Yeah. Because of YOU. And just now, a phone call from one of those terrible AI assistants that goes 'uhhh it looks like you umm missed your appointment'. How annoying is that? If you call them up, you need to deal with those obnoxious AI slop filled Virtual Assistants. And, in summary, the office manager never called me.

I walked in. And whole experience was so pleasant. The Dictor was so pleasant- had my earlobes lifted. It seemed to work beautifully. I can already see results ! I'm going back for a check up in four weeks. I'm so happy that I found this dermatology clinic. It's wonderful and so convenient, I highly recommend. They do everything no need to go to any other dermatologist ... and they didn't recommend anything that wasn't necessary. So they seemed very honest and competent.
