Clean place and staff is great, But it's a couple of things that could make an visit even more enjoyable, Like bottle water, crackers and towels and everything that's needed to have a great experience at photo therapy. I guess not all photo therapy has great experiences, This the second place of ever been for photo therapy sessions. I guess the one in New Haven, Ct fool me into thinking this how all facility manage things and that's the set up.Not everyone drinks sparkling water, At least they do keep the sparkling water cold for those who drinks it! Not a bad place

I had an absolutely terrible and humiliating experience at this clinic. I first visited in January, where the provider spent more time aggressively pushing expensive aesthetic treatments than listening to my actual concerns. I returned recently for a follow-up regarding my ongoing prescription treatment, following the timeline the provider themselves gave me. Not only did the provider completely refuse to look closely at my skin or touch my face to examine it, but she was also incredibly rude, unprofessional, and sarcastic. When I brought up my skin concerns, she dismissively commented on my age and spoke to me in a harsh, aggressive tone, embarrassing me in front of her assistant. To make matters worse, she sent a topical cream to a pharmacy claiming it would be 100% free under my plan, but the pharmacy tried to charge me $35. They refused to renew my medication, provided zero medical care during the visit, and still expect to bill my insurance for a physical consultation that never actually happened. Horrible patient care, dismissive attitudes, and a complete lack of professionalism. Avoid this place if you want to be treated with dignity.
