I am not usually one to leave bad reviews, but unfortunately my experience was in line with every other poor review given by others. I scheduled a 9am appointment but the office doors were closed when I got there at 8:45am as requested by their confirmation email. When I was let in at 9:20, I had to wait another 10 minutes as the receptionist had still not arrived and the provider could not access the intake system. I saw the provider for a consultation that lasted less than 10 minutes and was on my way. I was just charged $260+ two weeks after my appointment. Please heed the warnings left by others and avoid this practice.
