Just had skin check-up as a new patient. The complete process was flawless. From the initial call, the text followup, the exam, and the checkout. My doctor, Angelica Peacock, was excellent. Knowledgeable, communicative, caring, and responsive. Also her assistant, Yahya, was very good.
Flagging-Crap-Services
Totally unreachable and an incompetent front desk -- if you don't want to spend your life waiting for a call back or trying to get the smallest thing done, stay away. A) When you call, you're forced to speak to an AI robot named Anna. B) If you manage to get through that, you're routed to a central call center -- not the actual office -- and they just "take a message." After that, you're left hoping someone calls you back... which they don't. I was guaranteed a 2-week turnaround to get my medication authorized for treatment. I had to micromanage an entire process. No one called me after a week. When I followed up, they said they'd call me back -- they never did. It later turned out the pharmacy needed additional information, and no one bothered to notify me and tell me to provide it and that this was to delay the process. Then, when everything finally went through, the office called me the day before my appointment to move my time. I luckily managed to squeeze it between meetings -- only for the appointment to start almost an hour late and completely disrupt my day. An absolute disaster. Save yourself and find a different place.
