Dr. Anna is an exceptional doctor who truly cares about their patients. From the moment I walked in, I felt listened to and respected. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit.highly recomendef

2 stars only because it's convenient and close to my job. This is my second time visiting this clinic, and unfortunately, the experience has been frustrating both times. During my first visit, I was prescribed medication that wasn't covered by my insurance. It took the office nearly two weeks to provide an alternative. I was so frustrated that I ended up seeing a different doctor, who was able to prescribe something effective and covered for my skin condition. Unfortunately, I didn't have another option and had to return to this clinic. I clearly explained my previous experience and asked them to please prescribe generic medications that would likely be covered by insurance. They prescribed three items. Two were covered, but the third one--Vtama 1% cream--cost $1,617.74. That is completely unreasonable. I understand treatment options can vary, but prescribing a medication at that price point without ensuring coverage is extremely disappointing. I recommend looking elsewhere if you want to avoid unnecessary stress and unexpected costs.
