The staff here is very nice and they keep a clean office. My only gripe with them is that they still haven't replaced a pair $7 UV glasses. I've mentioned it to the staff and it seems like it's not a priority for them. It has been months and I keep coming back to the same broken UV glasses. This is why I'm giving them 2 stars.

If you're expecting professionalism, don't come here. Can't reach an agent via phone because of some robot AI system that won't transfer you, email never got responded to, my prescription was never sent to my pharmacy - a complete waste of my time and copay. At least they're nice I guess.
