I've had two deep tissue massages at this spa over the past year, and both experiences were absolutely incredible. From the moment you walk in, the space feels calm, beautiful, and instantly relaxing. It's impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and the entire staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. You immediately feel cared for. My massage therapist was exceptional. She asked about my areas of concern beforehand, but what truly amazed me was how intuitively she could read my muscles. She found tension I didn't even realize I was holding and worked through it with the perfect amount of pressure -- deep, effective, and never too much. After each session, I felt completely transformed. My shoulders, which have carried years of tightness, actually felt like they were hanging differently -- lighter, healthier, and more relaxed than they've felt in a very long time. The results weren't just temporary relief; my body felt genuinely reset. I give this spa my highest recommendation and will absolutely be going back regularly. If you're looking for real results in a peaceful, welcoming environment, this is the place.

Possibly the worst massage I have ever had. I booked a deep tissue, and it was anything but. The woman asked twice how it was and twice I asked for more pressure. She kept asking every five seconds "you ok" but I gave up at that point. Everything felt rushed and nothing was intentional. Rather than asking about or figuring out the important places to focus on, she grazed her hands far too lightly over my skin, poking and prodding with no almost no pressure. If what you want is a deep tissue massage, this can be so infuriating it's almost worse than no massage at all. At least half of the hour-long appointment was massaging over a towel so you barely felt it. Worse still, when I went to pay (and I paid in full and tipped her for her time) and told the person at the front desk that this was NOT a deep tissue massage and that I had asked multiple times for more pressure, her response was not "sorry" and "how can we make it up to you" but "maybe she didn't understand you." Excuse me, but isn't that YOUR JOB? Do NOT waste your money here - it may seem cheap compared to a lot of places but you'll leave angry.
