Everyone was super friendly and my nail tech took her time and did exactly what I wanted. She did hit my cuticles a couple times with the drill which hurt. Also, some of my nails aren't the exact same shape and there are minor differences in the thickness of lines in the design on some nails but not super noticeable. Overall, it was a great experience and I would return!
