I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. I was charged $150 for a "no show" appointment despite the fact that I both emailed and left a voicemail explaining that I had been up all night sick with a stomach bug. In my email, I was very polite and explained that I was unwell and did not want to risk getting anyone else sick. I also mentioned I would call back to reschedule. Additionally, my husband called the morning of the appointment and left a voicemail explaining the same. No one took the time to respond to my email or return our voicemail -- yet they had no problem charging my card $150 for a "no show." As a business owner in the beauty industry myself, I completely understand how frustrating true no-shows can be. It's inconsiderate and disruptive. However, I would never charge a client $150 when they made the effort to call and email to explain they were sick. Life happens, and sometimes illness is unavoidable. We were trying to be responsible by not coming in and exposing staff or other clients. This experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth and unfortunately turned me off to this business entirely. My husband and I were genuinely looking forward to rescheduling our couples massages, but sadly, we will not be returning.

I had an amazing experience with the overflowing with appreciation package. It was the best facial I've gotten. Vanessa was great 10/10 she was so gentle and informative( I've had facials in the past especially with extractions that have been excruciating). My massage was amazing as well. Overall I had a lovely experience, even the woman a the front desk was very helpful and patient with an old gift certificate I needed help with. I will definitely be back. Thank you.
