Received this as a gift. The first time i got a message stating that my appt was canceled due to a family emergency which i can understand . The 2nd time my appointment was canceled because something came up. I take time from work .i also dont appreciate getting a call the day of my visit . So unprofessional KARA.

Absolutely unprofessional. On the day of my massage (after having arranged for a baby sitter), I received a text from the spa that my appt is cancelled due to a "family emergency." I was understanding, considering the difficult times, and texted back to inquire if there is an opportunity to reschedule. I received no response and it's been over a month now. I think this establishment uses Groupon as an ad platform and they do not care to follow through.
