I underwent a power peel treatment here and my overall experience was exceptional! The establishment had an impeccable standard of cleanliness, was spacious, and welcoming. The lady at the front (whose name I forgot to ask) was kind and patient with all my questions and the check-in process. Amanda, my esthetician, was outstanding! She patiently heard about my skin history, concerns, and goals and tailored the peel type to address my specific needs. She also had a comprehensive knowledge of skincare and provided recommendations for a routine and treatments (I particularly appreciated her willingness to draw from her own experiences). The procedure itself was pretty quick but SO remarkably effective - in just a single session, I was glowing and my skin was so much softer. I wholeheartedly endorse Skin Spa, 10/10.

Did my laser removal with Alisa. She's very nice & thorough. Have been going to Skin Spa for many years & Alisa was a breath of fresh air. Very nice! 1 star removed because front desk girl had an attitude. People have to understand communication is not just verbal, but also it is on your face & when you're huffing/puffing like a child when someone is simply asking about their services, pricing & what not. People hate to be bothered by questions, but sure would want questions answered if the roles were reversed in regards to their money. Also, it's your job. SMH
