"plugy flabby women" ? Even if someone made you so upset you shouldn't call people names based on what they look like, her service was terrible that has nothing to do with looks name calling etc. Anyways I went to an Italian women who I believe is the owner her name is Linda . She's a beautiful women inside and out. She has been a great help to my skin. I had terrible acne issues at 23 years old and finally clearing it up :) I am very happy. I have tried everything you can think of even acutane and it did help temporarily but now I feel my skin breathing clean on the inside out. I have pictures up on Instagram of my skin and what it has gone through Sahba_h is my user name feel free to check it out! Proof is what I have :) nd I only gave it a 4 out of 5 star because I am paying for it but she is worth every penny.

HORRIBLE - I should have gone by the other reviews on this place! Lesson learned. Just read what others have written on YELP. PLEASE pay attention to what people are saying about this place because it's all true! I give this place a couple of months before it goes out of business. WORST customer service I have ever experienced at a service establishment. I don't know the name of the short pudgy, flabby & unkempt technician that did the job but she needs to go into a new line of work ASAP. I paid for 6 sessions. Today was my 2nd time there but I missed an appt. in between. I forgot! I never got a call or an e-mail. She tells me that I lost that session. Period. No consideration, no understanding no nothing. Rude & condescending. Combative and NASTY. I beseeched her to re-consider, that I would very likely be buying a lot more sessions. NO NO NO was her answer. I was understandably getting upset and insisted that she tell me the name of the owner which she refused to do. Tells me to get out now and then PUSHES me. For the first time in my life I called the cops on someone. They arrive and I tell them my side of the story and then they go inside to speak to her. I don't know what she tells them but of course the cops tell me afterwards that her story was different than mine. Long story short I won't be filing charges but I will never set foot in this place again. She apparently told the cops I wasn't ever welcome in there again. NO PROBLEM CRAZY LADY. Even the cops who spoke to her had to agree she was a little off. I have contested the payment with Visa. I just want my money back at this point. The woman is NUTS. PLEASE DON'T GO THERE!!!! Never mind that the place is dirty and poorly run. A truly unbelievable experience. It's so not a surprise to see the other reviews on this place on par with my own. HELLO??? are they reading these reviews? Time for a new manager you think??? BYE BYE Skin & Beauty Lounge. Your days are so numbered.... NOTE: Any good reviews published here are FALSE. No doubt friends and staff were put up to it. Try reading the dozen or so -1 star reviews on Yelp to help you get an even better understanding of just how bad this place actually is. Do yourself the favor and find another place. As for my comments on Linda's appearance, well it's true, it's not really nice, but after having been physically assaulted by her I wasn't feeling very kind.
