Very unpleasant experience. I had been wanting to get a massage for a while and finally had time, so I booked this place again since I've been here before. The website listed $75 for 1 hour back + 30 minutes foot, and I confirmed the same price when I made the appointment by phone. When I arrived, they suddenly said $85. I explained what was shown online and what was confirmed on the phone, and they seemed confused but said "okay" and told me to go upstairs. The massage itself was very uncomfortable. The lady who gave the massage was clearly sick -- congested and sniffling constantly. She could barely breathe through her nose, and I could literally feel her breath on me. She should not have been working while sick, or at least should have worn a mask. It made the entire experience very unpleasant. When the massage ended, they again insisted the price was $85. I reminded them that they already agreed to $75. They acted confused again, and the lady who gave me the massage gave me an attitude. Despite the bad experience, I was still planning to leave a $25 tip, but they kept insisting on the higher price. I ended up just leaving $100 and walking out. This was the worst experience I've had here, and I won't be returning. Pricing was inconsistent, staff was unprofessional, and hygiene was a serious concern.
