My experience has been very disappointing. I've repeatedly told Dr. Nicolette that I'm experiencing significant hair loss, and I've also informed her that I've already completed blood work and vitamin level testing, all of which came back normal. Despite this, I continue to be told that stress may be the cause. I'm not looking for assumptions based on what's already been ruled out--I need a thorough examination and a clear treatment plan. At this point, I feel like my concerns are not being properly addressed. I do not recommend.

The customer service and professionalism is not where it needs to be from the front staff. A hello and how are you goes a LONGGG way. This office is very danky and not welcoming as far as aesthetics go. It is just not a good look for the brand. Do Better.
