I chose Dr. Caitlin Fink based on her excellent reviews and experience, hoping to get a thorough evaluation and treatment plan for persistent acne that has been affecting me for quite some time. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The appointment lasted no more than 5 minutes, and I felt that very little effort was made to understand my condition. I was not asked detailed questions about my medical history, possible triggers, previous treatments, or what had and had not worked for me in the past. The treatment plan was prescribed almost immediately, including oral antibiotics for three months and a topical antibiotic. No tests, cultures, or other evaluations were performed before these medications were recommended. I also asked about isotretinoin (Accutane), since it had previously been discussed by other dermatologists I have seen. I was surprised by the response I received and left feeling confused, as it differed significantly from information and recommendations I had been given by other dermatology professionals over the years. Most importantly, I left feeling unheard. Acne can have a significant emotional impact, and I was hoping for a more thorough discussion, a careful examination, and a collaborative approach to treatment. Instead, I felt rushed through the appointment and left without confidence that my concerns had been fully considered. This was one of the most disappointing medical appointments I have experienced, and unfortunately I would not return or recommend this provider based on my personal experience.

Terrible experience at this facility. Each time I had scheduled an appointment, my appointment was cancelled by them 15 minutes before the visit time. This has consecutively happened 3 times. No explanation, no phone call. Just an email stating my appointment was cancelled. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of time.
