Terrible experience. I went for a skin cancer screening. I have a mark on my leg. I saw Sarah Daoud. She said she would try to freeze it off. She used so little of the freeze stuff it didn't even peel. She then cancelled my appointment and had no availability after even though I was told to follow up in two weeks. I was definitely tricked out of insurance money here. I really got no information on whether the mark on my leg could be cancerous. Office staff doesn't exist you just text and message on 15 different platforms and never speak to a human. I was told to reschedule to use doc doc again. Which is never the case once you have been in contact with the office. They are desperate to get you to upload personal information like pictures of your license to third party apps. This place is the prime example of how inefficient and ridiculous medical care has become. I went there for medical care and received no treatment and no diagnosis but hey they billed the insurance and collected a bunch of personal information from me so it was a win for them. If this place is a medical office I clearly did not receive any medical care here. run do not walk away!

Dr Cindy li and Dr Lipson are great at their jobs. They are very good at explaining things in layman's terms. I highly recommend them. My whole family uses them.
