I would give 0 stars if I could. I began the process of starting Accutane with an initial appointment on May 4, 2026. At that visit, I had a negative pregnancy test, was given a prescription for blood work, and was instructed to schedule a follow-up appointment one month later. When I went to the front desk to schedule, the earliest available appointment they offered was June 8, 2026, so I took it. At my follow-up on June 8, I was informed that I could not start the medication because more than 30 days had passed since my initial pregnancy test. As a result, I now have to repeat the process and wait another month before starting treatment. The frustrating part is that the June 8 appointment was the date their office scheduled for me. I followed all instructions that were given and completed my blood work as directed, only to find out that the appointment they provided did not meet the required timeline. I wasted both time and money because of what appears to be a breakdown in communication between the provider and the front desk staff. While I don't believe this is solely one person's fault, there clearly needs to be better coordination regarding time-sensitive appointments, especially for medications like Accutane that have strict requirements. To make matters worse, when I went to reschedule, the front desk initially offered me another appointment that would have put me outside the required timeframe again. I had to point out the issue myself before the appointment was adjusted. Unfortunately, I'm limited in my options because this practice accepts my insurance. I hope they improve their scheduling processes so other patients don't have to experience the same unnecessary delays and expenses.

My experience was amazing in my first 2 appointments. This now being my third appointment- it was just horrible. The nurses are sweet and all - and the receptionists too. But the doctor - just like some of the reviews I've been seeing - doctor over books patients- and I was waiting in the room for 30 minutes and added to that, the room is like a freezer. There are so many "nurses" and one doctor. I don't see the logic in that. My lump is still there and the consultation with the doctor itself took only like 3 minutes. He is nice and all but the lack of compassion is insane. I recommend more than one doctor or just don't overbook.
