I would like to address the payment issue. I set up a monthly payment plan, but--due to an error on their part--they charged me twice. When I spoke with them, they asked me to send my bank statement; they promised to refund the $45, but they never did. I have spoken with them approximately 15 times, to no avail. I am very disappointed; I even spoke with a manager, but she didn't seem to care. They always say, "We are investigating," even though I have already sent them the proof.

This review is not for the doctor who did my skin check who was absolutely lovely and kind. This review is for the office manager who is not fit to speak to patients and should not work in a medical setting. She came into my appointment after I was already naked and gowned to inform me my insurance would not cover my appointment because I had an allergy shot happening the same day. This billing issue is obviously because Schweiger purchased my allergist's practice and now they're doing all billing under one umbrella. The woman offered no solution other than rescheduling one of the appointments and when I asked what the cost of doing the allergy injection out of pocket was she had no answer. The doctor then offered to do it free of charge as she could see I was visibly upset. In the course of the appointment, I was biopsied for a concerning mole. As I waited for my allergy shot, the office manager then felt the need to pull me into her office to harass me further and to tell me I better not ever expect any other "favors" from this practice ever again. I paid out of pocket for the allergy shot so they could bill my insurance for the derm appointment. The office manager should be fired for her unprofessional and uncaring attitude toward patients, especially those who are there due to skin cancer concerns, instead of me having to find a new allergist.
