This would be 5 Stars if the initial contact using AI wasn't so creepy. I guarantee they lose patients from this bizarre call direction system. I can't believe someone in management decided this awful greeting was the right choice. I almost cancelled my appointment due to this. Once there, the receptionists and Gabby, the PA were great.
