Walking down the street to get there takes longer than the conversation with the doctor. I'm pretty sure it was 3 minutes max. My father recommended me this place as it's where his dermatologist is at. I had some dry patches that could've easily been fixed with a google search. Yet I'm being charged with a bill that if i remember correctly isn't necessary as my insurance covered a portion and i paid about $75 that day. Now why would a 3 minute evaluation cost around $400? No clue. Would I come back for another 3-5 minutes, no. Neither would i recommend this place or email your support. And if you do send a bot to read this review and send an automated reply like to all the other reviews - I know where you guys are headed.

Always in a rush and entirely unhelpful. Billing department is a whole new level of rude. My appointment was filed under the wrong insurance number and billing refused to change it. They are charging me for the appointment even though I confirmed with my insurance numerous times that I was covered at the time of appointment, and Schweiger input the incorrect member ID. I have fought endlessly with their billing department, who have proven to be nothing but disrespectful. Even with having a conference call between both Schweiger billing and my insurance company, the Schweiger folks continued to refuse any help or advice all while being disgustingly impolite. All of the comments on rushed appointments are so accurate. I have waited much longer in the waiting room than I ever spent with the doctor. Don't think of asking any questions, they don't have time. Feels more like a scam than a dermatology group.
