I was able to schedule an appointment on Saturday to get what I was told by a virtual dermatologist was wart on my upper lip. Dr. Chan took a look and decided to send it for biopsy. She took it off the same day too. I have gotten so many compliments on how good it looks. It ended up up being a benign growth. I will definitely come back whenever I need dermatologist.

Hi. As the mom of a 4 month old and. Registered Nurse, I truly feel this practice has very poor communication, in addition little to no sense of compassion and empathy. I have expressed my concern and requested numerous call backs after it was communicated to me that the provider PA Christopher Palines expressed some sort of concern or doubt on a reaction to the medication he prescribed. This is very unacceptable and extremely disappointing. It is unfair to give a mom of a practically newborn this kind of anxiety. Definitely will never schedule here again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
