Waited over an hour and a half past my appointment time for the PA to speak to me for 6 minutes (yes I looked at my watch) and barely even looked at me then send me off, though very nice, she was less than helpful. Based on other reviews I've read this seems to be a trend at this practice. Then had the audacity to bill me for a 45 minute session and when I tried to contact them to ask why I am getting billed for 45 minutes of time for a consult of less than 10 minutes, they were even less helpful than the PA. Won't be returning there that's for sure.

If I could give less stars I would. Tween child having acne issues . We found this location . Had to park across the street and walk as only valet and not any spaces left. 45 -50 minutes waiting room. Once in finally the MD was nice for what felt like 5 minutes at most . Prescribed a topical thats out of med plan coverage . Cost me hundred out of pocket and did nothing at all. Also the PA was nervous to clean with extractor as skin was inflamed . So they cleaned 1 ,2 blackheads . Charged my insurance several hundred dollars for visit. And for the "in office surgery" left me with $400 bill after insurance deductions and we had a good medical plan. I wouldnt tale your kids or self here . Too busy too factory like. But if you want someone to throw money at ,by all means help yourself. Our kid's skin same as before and i cancelled any further appointments .
