This was my first experience with hair laser removal. The place is super clean and esthetic, the ladies are professionals and friendly, and my experience has been great. I finished my fourth session, and I have to say that Zelia has done a fantastic job at making me feel comfortable in such vulnerable position. She is amazing, caring and a professional. I already see major progress in hair reduction. I can't believe I waited so long . Overall, I recommend Zelia at Satori Laser (White Plains) wholeheartedly!

Could not recommend Satori in White Plains more highly. Zelia and the whole crew are PHENOMENAL. I have had full body laser elsewhere (though not face since during covid) and many rounds of electrolysis. What Zelia has accomplished in a few short months compared to literally years otherwise is ASTOUNDING. I was shocked. Did not expect the results as I have lighter-ish hair. Zelia was realistic from the start, but worked her magic and the each time I see visible results. Little to no post-appointment redness. Super efficient, super effective, and everyone is so friendly and warm. So grateful for Zelia and everyone there. Seriously, the best bang for your buck and time when it comes to hair removal. They really take care of you.
