I finally decided to try laser hair removal after putting it off for years. The location is clean, bright, and professional. What helped most was how experienced the staff felt. They explained everything clearly, checked in throughout the session, and made sure I was comfortable. I was nervous before my first appointment, but it ended up being much easier than I expected. There's some heat and a slight snapping sensation, but nothing unbearable. They even provide a stress ball, which was a nice touch. I chose Satori because they have multiple locations, making scheduling really convenient. Overall, a great first experience and I'm glad I finally did it.

Fantastic results and such kind staff! I've been to other places that use the same machine, but charge so much more. They're already reasonably priced, but Satori also always has deals going on, whether it be for Black Friday, Christmas, or Valentines Day so you can get a great price for your sessions!! And it is so so worth it! The staff is always so kind and willing to answer any questions you have. Cynthia has been helping me achieve my results and I appreciate her so much, she's been so caring and helpful throughout my sessions!
