I completed all of my laser hair removal sessions after dealing with multiple technicians who seemed rushed, unprofessional, and inconsistent. Eventually, I found one Russian technician who was excellent and clearly knew what she was doing. Unfortunately, she was the only one who consistently provided quality service. Yesterday, I had a touch-up session with a Spanish technician, and the experience was extremely disappointing. She worked carelessly, skipped multiple areas where hair was still clearly visible, and seemed irritated when I politely pointed out the missed spots. Instead of properly checking the treatment area, she continued randomly without even taking the protective glasses off to accurately see where hair remained. To make matters worse, when she decided she was done, she literally threw her gloves away, told me the session was over, and walked out without applying any cream, moisturizer, or post-treatment care. I am a paying customer. I pay for these treatments and I also leave tips. I do not expect to be treated this way. I am also concerned about the accuracy of the treatment records. The technician claimed she performed 85 laser pulses during my touch-up session. That is simply impossible. I was counting, and it was nowhere near that number -- it wasn't even close to 30. Overall, this experience was unprofessional, careless, and disappointing. Management should pay closer attention to staff training, customer service, and quality control.
