I got my primary rhinoplasty by Dr. Saman about a year ago, and it was the best decision I ever made. I seriously had the most amazing experience with Dr Saman and his team. I traveled to NYC to get my surgery. Dr. Saman is so kind and so knowledgeable about what he does. I was really afraid to get surgery because I didn't want to look like a completely different person and he made sure to listen to my concerns and perform a beautiful and conservative rhinoplasty on me. His team is also so sweet, everyone who works there is so kind and helpful. I have never regretted my experience or my nose job which I get so many compliments on. I 100% recommend him!

First off. I was so nervous and anxious to explore the road to a revision rhinoplasty. I had a really traumatic primary rhinoplasty and was left with severe bleeding, a crooked nose and a bulbous tip. I felt my confidence decline and started a deep dive to find the right doctor for a revision. I came across dr saman on instagram and loved his precision on all of his patients. He really cared about his craft, never stops continuing his education and is truly the best of the best. I candidly took calls with many surgeons for my revision and knew right away dr saman was the right choice. We met in person and spoke in depth about what I wanted out of my revision. I really appreciated how clear and honest he was about not achieving perfection but making it a hell of a lot better than it was. The staff was super responsive, kind and welcoming from day 1. They respond quickly and are well versed in all things surgery! His office is cozy and beautiful. The overall experience post surgery is thorough and well done. I am not 9 weeks post revision and continue to stay in contact and come for regular appointments as I heal. I would recommend dr saman to anyone who is scared or up in the air on a rhinoplasty. He takes pride in every surgery he does and you can tell he gives each person everything he's got to make it great.
