Dr. Sadick worked magic on my hair (well lack of hair), in 6 months I went from having to wear a wig to wearing my natural hair and having it look good. I had also lost part of my eye brow as one of my first symptoms and no one took it seriously, he did and now I have amazing eye brows. He was EXTREMELY patient with me through this very emotional journey (I cried a lot ). I look at pictures from time to time because I try to convince myself it was never that bad, it was that bad and Dr. Sadick is that good!

In an attempt to book an appointment (I spoke to Alex, unclear if that is her real name), I called and was very put off. First, I spent several minutes on the phone with Alex, not once did she ask what doctor I wanted to book with, even after I referenced wanting to see this particular doctor because she was Black. AFTER choosing a date and giving her all of my information, I was informed of the fee. I then said oh, I have health insurance (how I found the doctor I wanted to see). She then referenced a male doctor and him not taking insurance anymore. When I heard her refer to a man, I stopped her and corrected her. She informed me that the doctor I wanted no longer worked for them. That she was relatively new and did not know where she went. After letting her try to fumble around her inexperience, I asked her to put me on hold and ask someone more seasoned where she went. She put me on hold for several minutes and then, like a coward, forwarded me to a random voicemail. Upon calling back, I was sent straight to voicemail twice. When I blocked my number, I finally got through. When I asked for Alex's name, the person pretended to be confused and not know what a name is, responding with "what do you mean," to a very simple question, and only gave me a name and made it clear she knew exactly what happened and why they didn't answer the phone. The thing is, I would have booked anyway, but they lost a potential patient because the receptionist is rude and has no idea what she is doing.
