What Patients Say on Google

Andrew Rosenberg
I had a very negative experience with the receptionist at this office. When I tried to explain what my primary care doctor had told me, she responded by saying, "I don't care," and dismissed what I was saying. She emphasized that she has worked for Dr. Kraft for 30 years and therefore "knows," instead of listening to my concerns. This behavior was unprofessional and inappropriate. Patients should not be spoken to in such a dismissive manner, especially when discussing medical guidance from another physician. The interaction left a very poor impression.

Receptionist needs to be fired.. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Every time I tried to explain the reason for my visit, I was cut off and dismissed. As you are the first contact for patients, you should be doing your job with patience and RESPECT--not making people feel unwelcome or like a burden. If you're that miserable, maybe it's time to reconsider your role. People come here needing care, not attitude. I never write reviews that's how you know it was extremely rude. I am just shocked they have someone like THIS working here. You are at a medical clinic, act like the adult you are supposed to be.
