Let me start off by stating that this was my third time receiving a massage here. I went in really looking forward to treating myself to a long overdue massage. The masseuse was a nice lady. The massage went well. The problem occurred upon payment. I made my appointment for an hour massage. That costs $60. The masseuse rang me up for $85. I asked her why? She pointed to a paper in a book on the desk. Apparently there's a new price list it's not $60 anymore for an hour but $65. However if you look at the signage posted it still states $60. Then the most off putting thing on one of the signs stating that there's a MANDATORY & MINIMUM TIP?!? I never saw anything like this in my life. As I stated I've received two massages here previously and left a tip but I wasn't required to leave a MANDATORY & MINIMUM TIP. That is absolutely absurd. I tried having a discussion with the masseuse but we were barely able to communicate because she didn't speak nor understood English. This ordeal was disappointing and upsetting. They have lost a customer. I will also be reporting their business to the New York State Attorney General's office for what I believe to be misleading and deceptive business practices. Local customers please be aware!

Loveee this massage place, I've been coming here for 1.5 years and the massage therapists are honestly amazing! 10/10 for service and hospitality. Also very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend to try atleast one time!
