I have been going to the Prospect Heights Eastern BK spa for the past two years. The atmosphere is calm, kind, and lively. Whenever I leave a full body massage appointment, I feel like I can breathe again--like I'm walking on a cloud. The massage therapists are strong and receptive to addressing specific parts of the body. This new location is beautiful and I couldn't recommend it enough. There are many rooms, so it is possible to book appointments for your whole friend group! Today, 5 of my friends and I booked massages at the same time and will definitely be coming back. Excellent customer service and excellent massages.
