I had a TERRIBLE experience with YULIYA PANINA for a first consultation to determine my skin type. I was shocked to be charged for a consultation that lasted only 5 minutes. YULIYA PANINA barely speaks English and had to look up medical terms on the computer, which was highly UNPROFESSIONAL It seemed like YULIYA was only interested in money, and she demanded cash-only payment. YULIYA is one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL ,UNEDUCATED people I have ever met. I would give her a ZERO RATING if I could. Furthermore, Premium Health-Dermatology center kept harassing me regarding payment for a bill I had already paid. I have reported them to my insurance and warned them that if they continue to HARASS ME with CALLS and FRAUD BILLS , I WILL FILE A FRAUD REPORT and SUE THEM. Do NOT waste your time or money here--they are unprofessional. Read the other bad reviews and RUN AWAY from this place.
