Bummed to have to write this review because I've been a frequent customer here over the past couple of years, but my last experience and the lack of response from the salon was too disappointing. The prices here are high but I've always been happy with the pedicure services. They don't offer dip so I have to get gel- those have tended to chip pretty quickly and I've had to go back in to get them fixed, but I live nearby and the spa has been pretty good about it so not a huge deal. However a couple weeks ago I went in to get a gel mani on a Wednesday evening ahead of the Easter holiday that chipped by the next day. They were closed when I called so I sent a message through the website, and then called again the next day when I didn't hear back and set up a time to come in on Saturday. When I went in, it seemed like there were comments being made about the fact the service was done on the Wed prior even though I had reached out the very next day, and regardless a gel mani should certainly not have multiple nails peeling three days later. I asked for the most obvious nails to be redone (even though I could tell others were about to peel as well) and the tech made a comment about it being because my nails are thin. My nails definitely are thin, which is why I had asked the original tech to cut them down and not just file so they wouldn't break (which she did not do) and tried to leave my hands under the uv for longer so each layer could really dry when she was trying to make me switch. The nails also weren't just little chips at the edge- the full nail was peeling off. They clearly had been thick layers of polish that were not given enough time to fully cure. It just wasn't a great vibe. By two days later, three more nails had fully peeled off. I sent a lengthier message again to the spa explaining the situation and saying I wanted to connect directly (especially before leaving a review) in hopes of fixing the situation and they never even bothered to respond. Just frustrating and disappointing enough that I'm not sure I would continue to go here- the price is too high to be needing the service redone less than a week after getting a gel manicure
